A play about a 60-year-old salesman coming to terms with the angst of not being needed at work anymore after 34 years of doing the same thing.

At large, it’s about a purposeless life. Arthur Miller’s story delves into the difficulties that accompany the daily monotony of unfulfilled existence, and the toll of a crushed dream (or the absence of a dream in the first place) can take on a person.
